We believe all Scripture, Old and New Testament, is inspired by God and is to be applied to our daily lives.

A Central Leader With Central Leadership
Historically, when God’s people were unified, there was a strong central leadership and a godly central leader. (Examples: Moses, Joshua, David and of course Jesus and the Apostles.) This order kept the unity “everywhere in every church..” as they were a collective movement, not self-governing.

"Be Silent Where the Bible Speaks and Speak Where the Bible is Silent"
We believe we must obey God’s Word, but where the Bible does not prohibit a practice or name, we are free to use our God-given creativity. We are free to practice or name something as long as it does not contradict the Scriptures.

The Dream of the Evangelization of the Nations in THIS Generation
If the world was evangelized in the First Century, we can certainly do it again in the Twenty-First century! This will be accomplished through every disciple making disciples, and every disciple having discipling relationships.

Discipling Is A Command of God and Not Optional
Discipling is teaching someone to obey God’s Word. Discipling partners are implemented in our churches to help disciples mature in their relationship with God and stay faithful!

Originally from California, they have had the privilege of leading various dynamic ministries throughout the City of Angels International Christian Church. With their combined experience of over 20 years being disciples along with their ministry experience, they have Jesus’ dream of seeing Iowa City and beyond evangelized in THIS generation!
